It would be accurate to tell the users of our equipment the following:
 
1.  Used for SS sheet metal surface PREPARATION for air passivation.  Follow the manufacturer's "Instructions for use".

2.Copper Glo will remove surface oils and copper & iron molecules plus other impurities to produce the "raw surface" required for a "passive" oxide layer to form.

3.  The oxide layer will form after 1 to 2 weeks of exposure to clean, dry air.

  I have used Copper Glo since the 1950's.  I have enjoyed this product through the years.  I grew up with RevereWare Copper Bottom pots and pans, and when I was older I bought a whole set of this cookware.  Had I not had Copper Glo to clean them with through the years, I would have never bought this kind of cookware.  Copper Glo cleans like NOTHING else.  Therefore, if I were to ever run out of your product, I would cease to use the RevereWare cookware.  I will NOT use anything but Copper Glo .

  My problem, though, is this:

  Through the years, I have bought and used Copper Glo .  I have lived all over the world, basically, and when I was in an area that your product was not available, I would ask my mother to send it to me.  

  My mother is aging, and is no longer able to send me the Copper Glo , and I now live in Oklahoma, near OKC and cannot find this product anywhere here.

  Could you possibly give me a list of places that it is available here in the area, or even if it isn't available?  I would be more than happy to drive a distance to get it, if that were the case.

  I had used Copper Glo for a long time to keep my copper bottomed pots shinny.  But for some reason was suddenly unable to buy it in my area.    

  Then I found your website, and thought it was great that you offered so many of the other Bar Keepers Friends products, too. So I ordered one of the gift baskets, and four cans of Copper Glo .

  I have used Copper Glo ever since I can remember.  My mother also used Copper Glo.  I have looked everywhere in this city for over a year.  I even asked Wal-Mart why they didn't carry Copper Glo anymore.  They just didn't know.  Copper Glo even works better than Bar Keepers for stainless steel sinks.
