A:	Yes.

A:	No, SerVaas Laboratories has never tested on animals.

Q:	When using Bar Keepers Friend in the dishwasher, should the dishwasher be ran on an empty cycle?
A:	Yes. We do not recommend that you add Bar Keepers Friend to your dishwasher while it is loaded. Bar Keepers Friend could remove certain finishes, and we never recommend using Bar Keepers Friend on silverware.

Q:	Is Bar Keepers Friend hazardous?
A:	No, Bar Keepers Friend contains no hazardous chemicals. Bar Keepers Friend is an environmentally safe product.

Q:	Can I use Bar Keepers Friend to clean windows such as windshields, shower doors, mirrors, etc...?
A:	Yes, Bar Keepers Friend does contain a mild abrasive, but will not scratch glass.

Q:	Should I use a scouring pad with Bar Keepers Friend?
A:	No, you should not. Bar Keepers Friend contains a mild abrasive, therefore you don't need any harsh scouring pad. Bar Keepers Friend does the work so you don't have to.

Q:	How quickly will you ship my order?
A:	We maintain a huge inventory in our warehouse, but depending on the volume of orders received the number of days for your order to arrive will fluctuate. Orders are usually received within 7 business days.

Q:	How much does shipping cost?
A:	Shipping within the Continental United States by DHL and US Regular Mail is free. We must add shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We ship orders out of the country at our descretion but we always charge actual shipping costs.

Q:	Can I clean aluminum with Bar Keepers Friend?

A:	We do not recommend that you use Bar Keepers Friend for cleaning aluminum siding--although we have had several customers tell us that they have used Bar Keepers Friend on their RVs and love it. Our concern is that Bar Keepers Friend may discolor and dull your siding.

Q:	Is Bar Keepers Friend Kosher?

A:	Bar Keepers Friend is no longer labeled as Kosher as the owner decided not to pay the fee to have it certified. Our ingredients have not changed but we no longer label our product as such.
