Official Rules — Bar Keeper’s Friend Lids Sweepstakes
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
1. Sponsor
Bar Keeper's Friend, 5240 Walt Place, Indianapolis, Indiana 46254.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (18 in most states; 19 in Alabama and Nebraska). Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible will be disqualified. Winners must have a valid U.S. mailing address for prize fulfillment.
3. Entry Period
Sweepstakes begins May 7, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and ends May 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Daily entry periods reset at 12:00 AM ET each day.
4. How to Enter
Visit https://barkeepersfriend.com/pages/put-a-lid-on-it-sweepstakes and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, and mailing address. All fields must be completed to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period, for a maximum of seven (7) entries per person. Multiple entries beyond the daily limit will be disqualified.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. You may optionally choose to receive marketing emails from Sponsor by checking the indicated box on the entry form. Opting in to marketing emails is not required to enter or win.
5. Alternative Method of Entry
To enter without submitting online, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the specific daily entry date you wish to enter (must be between May 7–13, 2026) on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: Bar Keeper's Friend, 5240 Walt Place, Indianapolis, Indiana 46254.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the date of the applicable daily entry period and received within a reasonable timeframe thereafter.
6. Prize
144 winners will be selected per day for 7 days (1,008 total winners). Each winner will receive one (1) Bar Keeper's Friend Keeper Lid. Limit one (1) prize per winning entry. An entrant may win on multiple days and receive multiple lids, as each daily entry period constitutes a separate, independent drawing. Approximate retail value (ARV): $4.95 per lid. No cash substitution or transfer of prize is permitted.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during each daily entry period. Drawings will take place within 24 hours of the close of each daily entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each daily entry period. A maximum of 144 prizes will be awarded per day. Based on total prizes available, overall odds of winning at least one prize improve with each daily entry submitted. An entrant may win more than one (1) prize during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to verification of eligibility for each winning entry.
8. Winner Notification & Fulfillment
Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Non-winners will not be notified. Prizes will be shipped to the mailing address provided at the time of entry within 30 days of the close of the Sweepstakes Period. No confirmation or response is required from winners prior to shipment. If a prize shipment is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and no reshipment will be made. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the entrant.
9. Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. It is the entrant's sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete mailing address at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner at any time. Submission of an entry constitutes entrant's consent to such verification. Any entrant or winner found to be ineligible will be disqualified and, if applicable, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the promotion. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
10. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human error, or unauthorized intervention.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, Sponsor may announce the first name and state of residence of winners without further compensation.
12. Privacy
Information collected through this sweepstakes, including your name, mailing address, and email address, will be used to administer the sweepstakes. During entry, you may optionally opt in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor by checking the indicated box. Opting in is not required to enter or win. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe at any time. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. 13. Social Media Disclaimer
This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release each applicable platform from any and all liability.
14. Governing Law
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in Marion County, Indiana.
15. Winner List
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with the request to: Bar Keeper's Friend, 5240 Walt Place, Indianapolis, Indiana 46254. Requests must be received within 30 days of the end of the sweepstakes.
16. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt.
