Yes, BKF is more than the original Powder. What would you say if I told you that Bar Keepers Friend has more than a dozen specialized household cleaning products? Would you be like me when I was introduced to the entire line a couple of years ago and exclaimed, “Wait, What!”

BKF Is MORE Than the Original Powder! 

I grew up using Bar Keepers Friend. We sold it in Mom and Dad’s 7 to 11 convenience store. Mom used it in her luncheonette, and we always had a can at home. When I was introduced to the marketing team, they gave me a sample pack of the complete product line. I was surprised by all the products, but as my wife and I tried the products, we were impressed. Soft Cleanser

Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser fills a need. You see, sometimes I’m lazy. So lazy that I don’t want to take the time to mix water with the powder cleanser to create a paste. The liquid formula shares the same essential ingredients as the original Powder, and it smells great because it has citric acid and a lemon scent. Coffee Pot Cleaners

BKF makes a Coffee Maker Cleaner and a  Coffee Maker Descaler. My wife has taken ownership of our home’s coffee makers, so she’s the cleaner and descaler. She orders coffee beans from Guatemala and grinds them herself. She’s very picky about her coffee and coffee makers. Both products have passed her test with flying colors. When we received the BKF sample package, I wondered why you needed a cleaner and a descaler. My wife explained it to me. It’s because cleaning removes the oil residue created by coffee. However, cleaning doesn’t remove the mineral build-up. Descaling does.
